Privacy & Cookie Policy
LSB Prints · Last updated: 17 September 2026
This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written for a small UK business, in plain English. It covers the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which updated PECR from 5 February 2026.
Who we are
We are LSB Prints, trading as LSB Prints. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Email: hello@lsbprints.com
Website: lsbprints.com and lsbprints.co.uk
What we collect, and why
When you send a message through the contact form
We collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The type of project you selected
- Your free-text message
Why: so we can reply to your enquiry and see whether we can help.
Legal basis: legitimate interests. You have contacted us about working together, so we have a genuine reason to use your details to respond. That is a pre-contractual enquiry — we are not using this as a marketing list.
How long we keep it: if you do not become a customer, we delete the enquiry after 12 months. If you do become a customer, we keep records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing because you filled in the form.
Analytics
This website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other visitor-tracking analytics. We do not set analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Cloudflare, who host and protect this site, can see ordinary server-side request information (such as that a page was requested, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what type of browser was used). That is part of running and securing the website. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it does not require a cookie banner.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Under PECR, we may only set a cookie without your consent if it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, or if it falls under an exception in PECR Schedule A1 (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). Legitimate interests is not a valid basis for cookies under PECR.
This site does not set any consent-requiring cookies. There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to ask consent for.
Cloudflare may set the security cookies below. These are strictly necessary to protect the site from bots and abuse. They are not used for advertising or analytics.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration | PECR Schedule A1 exception |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare Bot Management — helps tell genuine visitors from automated traffic | Strictly necessary | About 30 minutes | Necessary for the security of a service you have asked to use |
| cf_clearance | Set if Cloudflare has shown a security check, so you are not asked again on every page | Strictly necessary | Up to 1 year, if a challenge ran | Necessary for the security of a service you have asked to use |
| _cfuvid | Helps Cloudflare apply security rules fairly when many people share the same network | Strictly necessary | Session (until you close the browser) | Necessary for the security of a service you have asked to use |
You may not see all of these on every visit. Cloudflare only sets them when they are needed. No other cookies are set by this website.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.
We use these processors to run the website and handle enquiries:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, content delivery, and security for this website
- Web3Forms — the contact form sends your message to Web3Forms, which emails it on to us at hello@lsbprints.com
- Our email provider — the mailbox for hello@lsbprints.com, so we can receive and reply to your message
Some of these organisations may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they must use an approved safeguard — for example the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses — so your information has a similar level of protection.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access)
- Correct anything that is wrong (rectification)
- Delete your data (erasure)
- Limit how we use it (restriction)
- Stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection)
- Provide it in a portable format (portability)
- Withdraw consent, if consent was the basis we used — it is not the basis we use for this website
Email hello@lsbprints.com and we will respond within one calendar month.
